I'm Femi Ajayi, a Lead Product Manager with 9+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, and scalable automation systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

Currently at Honeywell, I lead product strategy and roadmap for the Operational Intelligence platform — a customer-facing SaaS solution supporting 600+ enterprise customers. My work spans the full product lifecycle: from customer discovery and roadmap planning to cross-functional execution, go-to-market, and revenue impact. I co-authored two patent filings and led a critical subscription and licensing modernization that unblocked $500K in delayed orders and prevented $1M+ in revenue leakage.

Before Honeywell, I led product at Univfy — a healthcare AI startup — where I owned 90–95% of company revenue across our product portfolio, launched a 0→1 product during COVID-19 that became a core offering, and built and mentored a team of Product and Program Managers. Earlier, at Change Healthcare, I led the delivery of a healthcare payment platform reaching 23M+ users.

I hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Clark Atlanta University and a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, where I also played Division I basketball. I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Product Leader Certified.

My product philosophy centers on three things: deeply understanding customer pain, translating that into actionable roadmaps, and building products that don't just report data — they enable intelligent decisions and automated action.
