The Gap
Bluetooth beacon infrastructure wasn't accessible to solo founders in 2015. The technology required an enterprise partner — IBM, Cisco, or equivalent — to install and manage at scale.
Now (2020+)
NFL OnePass. MLB Ballpark app. Mercedes-Benz Stadium's own mobile experience. Venue-specific ordering and wayfinding at every major arena in North America. The product exists. It just didn't have my name on it.
